My order has been placed, when will I get my merchandise?
*Most wholesale orders under $1000 ship out with in 3-4 weeks.
*Large orders & Custom orders may take longer to
complete & ship out (4-6 weeks.)
Why 3-4 weeks? Everything is made to order.
*Items are made at the time of receiving order & full payment. Chic & Sweet is a small company (1 desinger) & does not stock large quantites.
*You will receive emails & updates on your order status during this time.
RETURN POLICY:
We will be happy to make an exchange or issue a full credit. The item(s) MUST be returned to Chic & Sweet within 30 days of the received shipping date.
Items must be in unworn and
original condition in proper packaging.

Mailing Instructions on all returns:
Ship your return prepaid and insured-(optional) with the package securely wrapped.
(FedEx, UPS, or Priority US Mail).
Buyer pays shipping on all returned merchandise.
Exchanges are always welcome,
NO re-stocking fees will incur unless it is
customized jewelry.
